STEP 01
Identify areas and access conditions.
List consulting rooms, waiting rooms, reception, washrooms, corridors and other areas to include. Describe their use, operating hours and any restricted spaces. An area-by-area description allows the scope to be reviewed with the centre manager.
Distinguish the surfaces and furniture included from equipment or materials that require specific handling. Identify who authorises access and whom to contact when an area remains occupied. Particular requirements need to be known before tasks are defined.
STEP 02
Record the centre’s requirements in writing.
Provide the cleaning requirements applicable to the requested areas and the documents the centre manager considers necessary to assess the proposal. Products, tasks, materials and conditions of use need to be reviewed with the centre.
If the enquiry involves specific disinfection, instruments, healthcare waste or areas with special requirements, identify these expressly for assessment. These tasks should not be assumed to be included in a general cleaning description. The proposal must clarify what can be covered and what requires separate assessment.
STEP 03
Agree schedules, responsibilities and follow-up.
Describe access windows, healthcare activity to consider and the spaces that can be attended at each time. Define a centre contact for schedule changes, issues and questions about the scope.
Agree which tasks are recorded, who reviews the work and how outstanding needs are reported. If the centre requires particular documentation, identify it before comparing offers. Records and service arrangements are agreed with its manager; this guide does not establish a healthcare protocol.
STEP 04
Prepare the information before requesting a quotation.
Include the town, centre type, areas, approximate size if known, schedules and planned tasks. Share only the information needed to assess the premises; a cleaning enquiry does not require patient information.
Compare offers describing the same areas, requirements, materials and follow-up arrangements. Pharma is part of BESERVY’s services, based in Bétera and operating mainly in Valencia. Enquiries in Alicante and Castellón are assessed by project, with availability confirmed in the proposal.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Prepare your enquiry.
Select the needs you want to discuss. You can complete and review the enquiry on the contact page.
Before you enquire.
What information is needed for an initial enquiry?
Location, centre type, areas, schedules and requirements relevant to assessing cleaning. Do not include personal patient information or clinical records.
Does the service include sterilisation or healthcare-waste management?
These requirements need a specific assessment and are not assumed to be included in general cleaning. They must be expressly identified and agreed with the centre manager.
