BESERVY · PRACTICAL GUIDES

Every stay begins long before arrival.

Cleaning needs to fit the way an accommodation business operates. This guide helps you prepare a Hotel Cleaning enquiry: which rooms and spaces to cover, how to coordinate the work and which presentation standard to agree with your team.

For hotel, accommodation and housekeeping managers.

STEP 01

Separate departures, stayovers and shared areas.

Prepare the number of rooms and room types, together with the shared areas to include: reception, corridors, stairs, washrooms or glass. Distinguish departure cleaning from stayover tasks and describe what each involves.

Identify the features that affect preparation, including bathrooms, beds, surfaces and room layouts. List periodic or additional work separately. The proposal can then describe specific tasks rather than treating the entire property as a single surface area.

STEP 02

Coordinate planning with reception.

Share check-in and check-out times, room access windows and how room availability is communicated. Explain who passes on changes during the day and who confirms that a room is ready for inspection.

Provide an occupancy forecast and identify busy periods. Additional cover or changes to the service need to be assessed expressly. A change in occupancy does not automatically confirm extra availability: arrangements are agreed with the accommodation team.

STEP 03

Define presentation standards and supplies.

Describe how a prepared room should look and the points the hotel manager will check. Item placement, care of finishes and reporting damage need shared criteria. If the property has an inspection checklist, use it to define the scope.

Clarify responsibility for products, materials, linen and consumables, including any replenishment tasks. Mention hotel-branded uniforms or equipment if required. Personalisation is agreed according to the property’s needs; the website’s conceptual images illustrate presentation possibilities.

STEP 04

Prepare a proposal you can review.

Collect the town, rooms by type, shared areas, schedules and expected activity. Add periodic tasks and access conditions. If information is unavailable, identify it so that it can be agreed before the scope is finalised.

Compare proposals covering the same tasks, supplies and coordination arrangements. BESERVY works mainly in Valencia, from its base in Bétera; enquiries in Alicante and Castellón are assessed according to scope and availability. The service and its review are defined with the accommodation team.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Prepare your enquiry.

Select the needs you want to discuss. You can complete and review the enquiry on the contact page.

What does your space need?

The selection is only used to prepare your text. It is not sent or stored by the website.

Before you enquire.

Is laundry included?

This must be defined in the proposal. Explain your requirements for linen, laundry and replenishment, including who supplies or manages each item.

Can I enquire about seasonal requirements?

Yes. Provide the dates, expected activity and tasks. The team will assess arrangements and availability before confirming the service.
